A Taxing Situation for Business Owners

The month of April is in full swing, and one dreadful word is on everyone’s mind—taxes. With the deadline looming, many small-business owners find themselves adding extra stress to their load.According to the March Discover Small Business Watch survey, 77 percent of small-business owners find keeping up with taxes a stressful and time-consuming ordeal. In order to avoid the distractions, 73 percent hire a tax professional to take care of the hassle instead.The survey also mentions how small business owners prefer to find a trustworthy accounting firm to file their taxes.
