Retire With Options
With millions of Baby Boomers reaching retirement age, planning for one's financial future is a hot topic these days, prompting a feature in this week's Newsweek. Just this year, a new kind of 401(k) was added to the list of retirement savings options. Small-business owners might consider offering employees the new Roth 401(k), which allows participants to invest with after-tax dollars, which means the tax bill has already been paid on these funds.
